By accessing or using the Airway Trainer application ("App") or the website at airwaytrainer.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App or Site.

Airway Trainer is a wellness application that provides guided orofacial and myofunctional exercises designed to help strengthen the muscles of the tongue, throat, and airway. The App is intended for general wellness purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The content provided through Airway Trainer is for informational and wellness purposes only. The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Airway Trainer is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By using the App, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate information when creating an account or completing any in-app assessments.
• You will follow the exercise instructions as presented in the App and use the App as intended.
• You will discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience pain, discomfort, or any adverse effects while using the App.

All content, features, and functionality of the App and Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, exercise programs, and software — are the exclusive property of Early Landing LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from Early Landing LLC.

The App and Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Early Landing LLC does not guarantee specific results from the use of the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Early Landing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App or Site.

Early Landing LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App or Site at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, Early Landing LLC, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States.

Early Landing LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App or Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
